FG-VHP-BIBO
VHP BIBO Sterilizer
Performs in-situ bio-decontamination of BIBO HEPA filters through a four-step cycle (dehumidify – condition – treat – aerate), developed to a ≥6-log sporicidal-reduction target against Geobacillus stearothermophilus.

Overview
This VHP system is used for in-situ bio-decontamination of BIBO (Bag-In/Bag-Out) HEPA filters. After normal operation of the BIBO filter, the manual valve is opened and the VHP unit is started to run the cycle. The cycle has four steps — dehumidify, condition, treat and aerate: Dehumidify — the unit's built-in dehumidification function uses an internal desiccant (molecular sieve) to absorb moisture; Condition / Treat — VHP vapor is introduced to treat the BIBO HEPA filter, typically at a concentration of around 30 ppm for roughly 40 minutes, with the cycle developed to a ≥6-log sporicidal-reduction target against Geobacillus stearothermophilus, subject to validation; Aerate — residual VHP is broken down via the unit's internal palladium-catalyst recirculation loop, or by running the BIBO housing's own supply/exhaust system, bringing the hydrogen peroxide concentration down below 1 ppm.
