Overview
The Airlock VHP Sterilization system integrates a vaporized hydrogen peroxide generator that supplies VHP vapor inside the airlock chamber, treating the exterior of materials to reduce the risk of contamination entering Grade A/B critical areas from Grade C/D areas. It serves a similar function to a VHP pass box and is suited to larger or heavier materials. It is used for transferring various clean, dry items in aseptic production, including outer packaging of packaging materials, instruments, outer packaging of raw and auxiliary materials, components, and environmental-monitoring equipment. The cycle has four phases: room temperature/humidity pre-treatment (heating above 25°C, humidity below 30%) → conditioning to a stable state → bio-decontamination → aeration (until hydrogen peroxide concentration is below 1 ppm).

- All-SUS304 stainless-steel construction, also serving the function of a standard transfer chamber — durable and easy to clean
- Interlocked biosafety airtight doors are designed so the doors on both sides cannot open at the same time
